The Brief
This Middleton Road project in Frankton was delivered as a full landscape design and installation for award-winning builders Fixation Builders. We established a native planting palette including Hoheria angustifolia, native pittosporum, griselinia, coprosma, astelia, phormium 'Jack Sprat', varex grasses, and silver tussock, then integrated local materials to suit the site and architecture. The whole property was finished with mulch and shotover stone pathway work, creating a clean, cohesive landscape with strong structure, low-maintenance planting, and a natural local character.
